Retreat circle around a heart made of rose petals
Group Retreats

Embodied emotional healing retreats

Deep emotional containers where your body can open, release, reset and reconnect — supported by nature, community, movement, ritual and somatic healing.

Why these retreats are transformative

Six threads woven into every retreat

01

Deep Inner Grounding

Before releasing any stuck emotional energy, we first ground our awareness of the emotions — so we know exactly what we need to work with.

02

Awareness of Body Sensations

The body is the storehouse of emotions — and also the medium through which stuck emotional energy is released.

03

Ritual & Ceremony

We create rituals and ceremonies as potent portals of life force energy to release the heaviness of body, mind and heart.

04

Sharing & Integration Circles

Sharing is a map of where we are at the start of the journey and where we want to travel. The circles act as a compass for the group’s healing.

05

Somatic Trauma-Release

Let go of tension accumulated through life, activate the healing energy of the heart, and arrive back in grounding, ease and inner bliss.

06

Life Integration

Learn less, apply more. Integrating practice and wisdom into daily life matters more than collecting techniques — a crucial takeaway.

The retreat

Returning life force to its primal flow

In an Inner Bliss retreat we harness our primal life force energy — which is often no longer primal, coated with fear, judgement, intoxicants, processed foods, unprocessed emotions and toxic connections.

We clear our life force of these pollutants and learn techniques to keep it clean and fluid. Once it returns to its primal nature, we transform it into a flow of creativity, healing and bliss.

On this journey we sometimes need the support of others, so some practices are done together. That support strengthens us to remove the obstacles on the path — and makes the journey fun, playful, easier and quicker.
